About Community Meadows Apartments
Crestbury Apartments will be accepting applications for our 1 bedroom low income apartments. Our waitlist will be open as of Thursday, 3/4/2021, but will only be open for a limited time. We will announce in a separate ad the date our waitlist will close. After that date we will NO longer be accepting applications. In order to be head of household you must be 18 years of age or older. You must pass an income/credit/criminal check in order to qualify. Applications will ONLY be accepted TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS from 9am to 4pm at 2553 South 8th Street, Camden. All applications will be placed on our waitlist. Section 8 rent is based on 30% of the household's total annual income. We are an income qualified property.
