    I have lived here for a year now and I have absolutely loved it. The office staff is so kind and willing to help their residents. The apartments are reasonably priced and I have loved the amenities that this community offers. This complex does require a 60-day notice which is pretty standard for most apartment complexes.   • Stay Away

    There are a million fees and if you do not give 60 days written notice before the end of your lease they will charge you a month to month rate that is DOUBLE your typical rate.

At move in, we are very transparent with the required 60-day notice listed on the Lease Agreement, and this information was formally emailed to you 75 days before your lease expiration highlighting what your Month to Month rate would be should you not renew or give us notice. While we are saddened to see that your perception of us is a negative one, we will use this as an opportunity to further inform residents of the required 60 day notice.

  • Beautiful and clean

    I've been looking at apartments and this one is amazing! The staff was friendly, the property is clean and the apartments are in good condition and well kept. Also there are coffee shops, gas station and movie theater just down the street.

    Do not live here. Internet is horrible. There is no parking after 5pm. We were without internet for days and they didn't even apologize for it. It seems like they have some kind of deal going on with some towing company because they come at 10pm to boot anyone that doesn't have the sticker. The outside lights are super bright and left on all night long. This attracts a ton of bugs to the apartments and you can't get your room dark enough to sleep comfortably unless you buy and install blackout ...
    curtains. Walls are paper thin. You can seriously hear everyone around you even at a moderate volume. There are also dogs that bark all day long here. Apartments are incredibly energy-inefficient. There is a big gap in our door that just lets all of the cold air flow out of it. For the past few years they have been having the pool open for fewer and fewer days. It used to be open until mid October, but now they have it closed before Labor Day. Spa is falling apart. There are multiple tiles falling off the pool and spa and nothing is being done to fix or clean them. As well the jets and bubbles in the spa don't work.

  • Terrible Internet

    It's awesome how they changed internet plans. It only took 2.5 days of no internet and 2 days of spotty internet. The best part is how much slower this new internet service is and we're still being charged the same amount. Good luck working from home here or getting videos to load in 720p. Do not live here. This place is awful

  • They won't fix things and try to kick you out if you complain.

    These people have left the AC, our sink, our fridge, and our sliding porch door all broken since before we moved it. The dryer unit was not properly installed and I had to attach the ventilation myself, since we moved in the dryer has been shooting out dust and humid scummy air, no attempt from the management to fix this. In fact they'd rather lie to my face and tell me the ac ISN'T BROKEN but just can't be set below 70. That's a broken AC, they would rather replace tenants than faulty ...

  • Worst complex I’ve lived in.

    I would not recommend moving here. I lived here for 2 years and had the worst experience I have ever had in any apartment. I have also watched them take advantage of lots of other residents. If you would like more information please read below: I had my AC go out every summer and when I had the maintenance team come look at it I was told that my AC didn’t work because my apartment wasn’t “clean enough.” When they finally had the AC repair person come out (2 months later) the specialist said my ...
    AC didn’t have enough freon, that the air filters weren’t changed enough (the apartment locks it up so you can’t change it yourself), it looked like they hadn’t taken care of the AC unit in multiple years and that they only way this was our fault was if we had birds because he found feathers in the AC unit. The complex will not take accountability for anything they do and try and charge you an arm and a leg for their mistakes. After we moved out and did our walk through they told my husband (and my parents who were there to help clean the apartment) that we would have to pay for $200 worth of damages (above our deposit) We received a call and a bill for over $1400 They told my husband that since the carpets were over 5 years old they would need to be replaced and we wouldn’t have to pay for that because it was over their 5 year mark. They told me that to repaint what needed to be repainted (even if it was the entire apartment) would take no more that 4 hours. And they are charging us for 9. They refuse to work with us and have continued to deny that these were the conversations that were had. They don’t care about anything but money. When I confronted them about all of this they hung up on me. I will make sure everyone knows not to rent here or with any complex that the management company owns. I have never had an experience like this with an apartment complex and wish I would have known all of this when we first moved in.

    There is a LONG list of reasons to not move in to this complex. 1) They only care about you until you sign your initial lease. You might as well be dead to them, until you come up for renewal. They care slightly around your renewal time, but renewals are all on their terms, they don’t want to even listen to what you have to say. The office staff is extremely rude. 2) This goes along with the first one, but the maintenance and upkeep of the property are terrible. In the wintertime, I’d say they ...
    use as much salt around their office building as they do around the rest of the complex. 3) The last summer I lived there, they replaced all of the grass on the entire complex, this started at the beginning of June and didn’t finish until the beginning of August, so we went basically all summer with dirt and mud all over the place and everybody’s car was filthy. 4) When they were replacing the grass, we got no less than 8 notices about it. We got zero notices when somebody was literally shot and killed by somebody else in one of the apartments in the complex. 5) At the height of the pandemic, they sent out an email telling all residents that they were required to pay their rent. Not that they would work with you or even showing a bit of understanding given the current situation. 6) I would mostly assume the positive reviews are from the office staff themselves, as most residents I talk to hate the management and are more annoyed by the various changing rules. In conclusion, until the entire office staff is fired and replaced, I would not even consider living here.

  • Clean and Pleasant

    My family has lived at the Concord for 3 years and we all love it. The complex is always clean. The maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful. The management is always nice. The amenities are nice too. We spend all summer at the pool and use the hot tub all winter. My kids love it. The complex is close to the freeway which is nice. And any kind of store or restaurant you might need is just across the freeway in Orem. My family has two special needs boys that aren't always simple to deal ...
    with, but management has always been very understanding and accommodating. One day one of my sons went missing and everybody in the office immediately dropped everything to help us look for him (he was eventually found by the police.) We really like it here.
