Very Happy Living Here!
March 12, 2019Great community feel and a very friendly property manager and maintenance staff. Any problem I've ever had was taken care of professionally and quickly. Congress stays quiet and grounds are routinely cleaned. Compared to other apartments I've lived in this has been the best by far!Review from Apartments.com
It Use To Be GREAT!
November 5, 2018I’ve lived here in this complex for a while prior to Frontline Management taking over. Since the new management company has taken over, they are already on their second office manager (this year) and it doesn’t have the safe, “home-y” atmosphere anymore. The new company is definitely all about looking “nice” but not spending money.. even if it’s at the expense of their tenants comfort in their home. The sewer system is horrible! They refuse to spend the money to fix it so get ready for your ...bathroom or entire apartment to flood when it rains. Another tenant has had their air conditioner break multiple times this year and they’re doing nothing to fix it... they just patch it up with some Freon until it goes out again. Congress Gardens wasn’t like this two years ago. Spend your money elsewhere unless you like to throw it in the trash.Property Manager Responded
November 9, 2018Frontline Management Group is proud of the property improvements made at Congress Gardens. In 2018 alone, improvements have been made to parking area, building exteriors, swimming pool and drainage. Also, unit renovations are ongoing as we strive for excellence in management and operations. The many long term residents will attest to management’s commitment to creating and maintaining a place all are proud to call home.

Quite Place to Call Home
October 31, 2018Congress Gardens Apartments is a very quite place to live in. It’s safe, close to everything in Lafayette, affordable and has a wonderful manager. Her name is Megan and she is very sweet, helpful, and informative. The tenants are friendly and very courteous of their neighbors. I definitely would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quite and quaint place to call home. -JodiReview from Apartments.com
