Not safe, not pleasant, not cozy
October 31, 2022Playground infested with wasps and Bees so unsafe for kids to play on. People speed through lot risking kids lives, maintenance is slow and refuses to fix things until they break and cause unfixable damage. Apartments flood and no one help get water off or fixes the issues that causes the flooding. They tried to charge me for a rent raise they never told me about 5 months after they supposedly did it causing me to owe rent from back months they never communicated to me about. Do not respond to ...emails or calls. If you can afford anywhere else do it! Or prepare to be treated like crap.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Poorly Managed with Little to No Upkeep
January 25, 2022I was a resident here for several years and while I loved my particular apartment, management was poorly lacking in a lot of ways. Trash would collect all over the parking lot, neighbors would smoke weed and complaints would go unanswered. Cars were broken into and parking was a complete nightmare. The place is cheap but you get what you pay for.Review from Apartments.com
