LOVE COPPER!!
November 26, 2024I absolutely loved living here!! The amenities (pool, gym, tanning stations, and fun community events hosted by copper) have made living here so fun! The location is top tier. It is a reasonable walk to the stadium for football games and an easy drive to the commuter lots for class. The spacious layouts makes the apartments feel more home like. The maintenance team has an incredible response time and fully takes care when providing their maintenance on your apartment. I loved living here and ...would recommend this to anyone wanting a bigger apartment, lots of amenities, great location, and wanting a sense of community in the place they are living:) love copper beech!!Property Manager Responded

love copper beech
September 27, 2024love living at copper beech. very spacious and fun events at the club house. during the hotter time of year i spent a lot of time on my deck with friends. every month they have a couple events at the club house my favorite one recently was grocery bingo. the bus stop is also very close and convenient for getting to campus. the 24/7 gym is also great it’s free to use for residents and i definitely used it a bit. spent a bit at the pool swimming and hangout with friends and even the friendly people ...in the clubhouse came out to talk and bring popsicles for everyone at the pool on hot days. property was always well maintained and the community is always friendly and fun. i’m graduating this year but sad to be leaving copper beech. highly recommend living at copper with your friends each get there own space and bathroom as well.Property Manager Responded

September 27, 2024You will NEVER run out of space. Copper beech is known for their spacious housing and good amenities. they have a 24/7 gym that will give you no excuse not to workout, as well as tanning beds for the winter. they are great with snow removal and talking care of any maintenance issues you may have.Property Manager Responded

LOVE LOVE LOVE COPPER BEECH!1
July 18, 2024I have lived here for 3 years now and I am so sad to be leaving! I am constantly greeted by the front desk, they make an effort to know my name and ask me how I'm doing every day. While everyone complains about maintenance, This year has been the best year, while everything seemed to go wrong with the ware and tare with my roommate and I being there for so long, maintenance came and took care of it instantly.
