    My friend had black mold in her apartment unit. She went to talk to them about getting it moved. They treated her as an inconvenience because she asked them to do something about it. The told her that the maintenance man would fix the problem. He came an painted over it. She told them that it was still a problem and got cussed out.     If I could leave no stars I would . Tub paint peels off make your shower look so unappealing. Our supposedly “upgraded” apartment unit had bed bugs and it took them 2 weeks to send somebody and when they did we were NOT home and they didn’t even leave a note saying what treatment was done and if they’ll be back again . Neighbors stomp all night long and people do not pick up after their pets . Gate works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t . They will send someone to fix any issues 3 days before ...

    HORRIBLE!!!! Paint is peeling in bathtub, walls, and base boards. HAIR IS EVERYWHERE, maintenance never comes and when they do they knock hard and let themselves in with their maintenance key so there’s no trust or privacy!!! Leave a note or don’t enter the unit without notice or permission especially when rent is always paid on and before time!!!

    I have a bathtub and paint is peeling up every time I take a shower. of course, front office says they can't fix it until I pretty much move out. But there is a new "assistant manager" but he said he couldn't help me.. So why are you there? Who are you assisting if there is no manager. Next, parking. You can come home late in the night if you want to but you wont have a parking spot. Its like I have a curfew. I have to come home before its super later or ill be driving around looking for a ...
    parking spot waiting for someone else to leave. Next, invasion of privacy. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO ENTER YOUR HOME. No notice, no phone call. You get 2 knocks on the door in under 10 seconds then you hear them trying to open the door. What if I was in the shower? what if i was naked and was trying to put on clothes? What if I thought you were an intruder and I did something to them. But It happened again today. Some lady from a different company came to take pictures of the hole in my ceiling and my damaged walls. She said she was sent from the front office. okay, so you just enter my home? you don't call first letting me know? or at least give me notice the day before? I'm usually at work but today I was off. Goes to show that they do what they want here and they are very unprofessional.

    This whole property is a disaster. Water leaks, Roaches, walls are bent,and everything in these apartments continues to break and damage. The worse part they never fix anything, they only come after you report the problem 5 times or more and when they do come, they never complete the repair. They repair guys do not speak English so you cannot communicate with them. Too many problems. Not a place to live with a family. They lie about everything. DO NOT MOVE.     Do not move here It’s roach infested, I keep having them come out and spray but they are in the walls so instead of getting to the root of the problem they just put a band aid on it. Their maintenance people show up when they feel like it, they even marked the maintenance request complete but didn’t even come to the apartment. Management doesn’t care because they don’t have to live here. When I just had my baby my father had to go to the office and go off just for them to come tighten outlets ...
    like why are the outlets loose? Ohh and from the jump I knew we were messed up. When we first moved in they literally shampoo the carpet the day that we are supposed to move in so guess what we couldn’t move in until the carpet dried. Then they never resurfaced the tubs so guess what that was extra days we couldn’t move in because the smell was crazy strong, due to the chemicals, but they don’t actually resurface it they just slap some not so good paint on there and it starts peeling within two-three months. lastly the parking is horrendous if you don’t buy a parking spot for 35 dollars a month it’s first come first serve. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!

  • This place is a trap

    It was great for the first 3 months and then it was an apartment from hell for the remaining of the lease. There was tons of water leaking/flooding/drainage issues that management makes any excuse not to fix. They will say stuff like oh the water stains are just old paint coming through the wall and it just needs to be re-painted over. Water damage? Oh thats just a bad foundation. The counter is separating from the wall? No thats normal.. The management appears very nice and professional but ...
    the head management is being completely fake and isnt actually listening to what you are saying, he also doesnt care he is just pretending to. Whatever he says he will do to fix the problem, he is just bsing you and it will never happen. The only positive is that I kept my apartment clean and never had any roaches. They also have tons of community events but I feel like it just sugar coating the pile of crap the apartment complex is from the lack of maintenance and a bad lead manager. The rest of the people in the office seem like they are legitimately trying to help but the manager undermines everything. If they try to give you one of the properties by the pool/back gate just run. The whole place was flooded from an upstairs room and all they are going to do is paint over it to hide the damage and trap someone else in it for 6-12 months. The whole complex stinks of rotten wood on the inside.
