    This complex is the perfect location from campus and is priced reasonably low compared to surrounding complexes in the area. Although the apt. was built in the 70's and are a tad outdated, the living environment is great for studious students that don't have to worry about loud biligerant students trying to find their way back to their rooms after a rough night on Broadway.
