    I lived here going on three years soo far I’ve had no bad experiences. Everybody around is quiet!!! I rented from here many years ago, and I loved it. I came back many years later and still love it. 5 stars for me!!

    Very inconsiderate. Property getting run down. I've lived here 6 years. Moving out when lease is up. Rules not reinforced unpleasant to live here now.

  • ZERO COMPASSION - Run the other way - penalties galore

    My elderly parents have lived here for approx a year and a half. Recently my mom passed away unexpectedly so I stepped in to coordinate moving my father out and requesting a termination of the recently renewed lease. Obviously these were unforeseen and legitimate circumstances for requesting an early termination, dad was no longer able to afford the apartment on his fixed single income and we were moving him north to be with family. Upon calling the office and very respectfully requesting ...
    this early termination and providing 50 days of notice, I was told that it was unfortunate but he would be subject to loss of deposit as well as 2 full months of rent as penalty. This is not even a nice place, don't let the freshly painted red doors fool you, it's disgusting. Please don't let your friends, relatives, or even a casual acquaintance move in here.

  • the smell

    this is an entry level apt. none of the outlets work properly, cannot get rid of the damp, funk smell. i use a lot of airwicks and only masks the smell. they are also elevated from the ground a foot or so and sounds like a heard of elephants running through when just walking in.
