Keep looking!!
July 8, 2022Raggedy, old, and outdated. The flooring in the apartment above me needs serious work done. Anytime the people upstairs walk, there is an unbearable loud, creaky noise throughout the entire apartment. There is a serious issue with the floorboards and the apartments won't do anything about it. It sounds like the ceiling is gonna fall in. I can hear EVERYTHING from the upstairs neighbor. I hear their conversations, coughing, laughing, sneezing. toilet flushing, water running, phone ringing. ...Whatever they do, I hear it. Move elsewhere if u want privacy and a peace of mind. U won't find that in Memphis though, so just do yourself a favor and leave this raggedy city.Property Manager Responded

May 25, 2022Krodolfo Creek is a nice property it is maintained for the it is maintained for the most part it is a nice and quiet community however all property have their issues but those issues can be fixed with communicating your thoughts and feelings and opinions about where we live to our property manger. I have been here for 7 years and I like the property.
