December 31, 2024The intake process was smooth . Staff is very knowledgeable & to my perception straightforward about leasing contract . Maintenance is responsive. I get stuff fixed the same day off . The environment is quiet and reserved . The neighbors are nice as well . Haven’t endured any crime while living here. First apartment, I love everything about it . From the interior to the exterior. Was the best decision I’ve made moving here . Keep looking!!
July 8, 2022Raggedy, old, and outdated. The flooring in the apartment above me needs serious work done. Anytime the people upstairs walk, there is an unbearable loud, creaky noise throughout the entire apartment. There is a serious issue with the floorboards and the apartments won't do anything about it. It sounds like the ceiling is gonna fall in. I can hear EVERYTHING from the upstairs neighbor. I hear their conversations, coughing, laughing, sneezing. toilet flushing, water running, phone ringing. ...Whatever they do, I hear it. Move elsewhere if u want privacy and a peace of mind. U won't find that in Memphis though, so just do yourself a favor and leave this raggedy city.Property Manager Responded
