Renters Reviews and Ratings
Poor Service and Uncooperative
July 29, 2024I applied to this place about a week ago. We looked at all the amenities and photos online, so we decided to tour. It was great, so we decided to apply later that day. We only work part-time right now, but have plenty in savings, so we called ahead (before submitted application) and asked if savings were acceptable and we were told that savings were completely viable. With that green light, we went ahead and applied. However, the next day, we were told that they do not accept paper or scanned pay ...stubs, which was not mentioned anywhere in the application. We only receive paper pay stubs, so we brought up our savings and that was ignored. We mentioned we could co-sign, but they said that the co-signer has to make 5x rent, which was mentioned nowhere in the application. There were multiple errors in the application itself, saying "see section 'xx'," for that not to be the correct section. Were we to know much of the information mentioned that was omitted from the application, we would not have applied. The leasing agent and the property manager were uncooperative and do not communicate with each other. This was not mentioned anywhere on the application, but we mentioned our savings and that was completely ignored.
