This place smells moldy and the smells of cat urine hits you right away. Disgusting carpets and constant turnover in neighbors. Rent increases hundreds of dollars is less than 1 year. Managed by Hankin- sucks.

Poor living standards

cheap and poor quality from appliances, flooring, countertops Constant nasty rotten eggs smell in the outdoor air around these complex. Doors are stained and dirty and no leasing office on site so it can be sketchy at times. They tried to raise my rent 200 bucks after 1 year. All the small complex is are 3 buildings with a view of a dumpster.

If you don't mind your rent possibly increasing 30% or more in one year, feel free to live at Corner Park! I lived at Corner Park for 7 years, my building was away from the main building with amenities. A decent apartment at a fair price but no longer is. I wasn't expecting luxury, but the rent increases over the past 6 years have been outrageous with no upgrades to anything in my place and maintenance from great to not so great. I contacted Hankin Management on multiple occasions about the ...
excessive rent increases and even though I paid my rent on time every single month, Hankin Management was unwilling to negotiate at all, telling me that my rent was still below "street" rate, the arbitrary rate they set for new tenants. Message to Hankin Management: While it may be legal to increase a tenant's rent as much as you want, it is certainly highly excessive and certainly based on greed!

This is an old complex that was recently purchased by the Hankin Group. The property is scheduled for renovations starting in October, with the addition of a new building. Apartments are a great size: 1 BR and bath, with 885 sq. feet of space, HVAC and gas heat. The management company generally allows dogs and cats in their apartment complexes. New leasing office staff are friendly, attentive, and professional, quickly responding to any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely and ...
