November 11, 2024I used to avoid apartment complexes because I consistently had bad experiences at these places. I gave Cortland a try because of the great reviews, and I have not been disappointed. This place has been the exception. I actually love my apartment and it feels very safe here as a woman living solo. Dog-friendly, professional staff with consistently good communication, prompt maintenance, and I often get compliments on the look of my unit (“these are nice apartments!) from people I have over.Review from Apartments.com

Amazing staff and property
November 6, 2023I came to this property site inquiring about some units for rent. I met Shannel in the office who gave me tons of information about the units i have Been interested in.
