    I and my husband used to like to stay here. But as time goes by, we don't feel that this community is NOT cared especially with "budget" issue. The new gym and pools are still under construction!!! It's been years and the only answer I got from the office was they have no budge to move on and are also waiting for the budget from the main office (head quarter). The other side Gallery community has a pool but it's also under construction. The treadmills at the gym have had problems for the past few ...
    weeks. I claimed it to the office but it's still ongoing. Yes, I see the new apartment built by Cortland and it makes me feel that all the money we have paid went there. Can you imagine? Constructing new buildings take less time than making a new gym? The employees at the office are kind and try to help residents, and I don't complain to them at all. I feel it's all related to Cortland.

From 92 to present finally decided their is not One better place For Me that I want to continue reaching my Life long Goals than at Island Walk Apts., mainly due to the Support Attendance of all the Staff during all these years, and the friendly smiling maintenance Amigos, aint going no where not this Salsero (dancer).
