The staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any concerns or questions. Food truck Thursdays always help when I work late and the Resident events are always great. Did I mention the Gym? November 11, 2024Cortland Bayport does the bare minimum to keep its residents happy, just enough to squeak by. They definitely keep up appearances in areas that get more visibility, but if you pull the curtain back on areas like the channel side in the Gallery, you'll find they are happy to collect your rent, but they will not be spending it on improving the curb appeal around here.Review from Apartments.com
