Horrible
July 31, 2025I have been living in these apartments for a year now and my lease ends in October, I couldn’t be happier to get out of here. My clothes are being destroyed by the washer and dryer, I have about 30 seconds worth of hot water when I get in the shower, maintenance comes and bangs their tools up against whatever is broken and says it’s fixed and it never gets actually fixed, I have had AC problems, the list goes on and on. To say the least, I could have gone my entire life not living at this ...complex.Property Manager Responded

November 20, 2024What I like about the Cortland Bowery is that it’s conveniently located. It’s close to restaurants, downtown, Bayshore, stadium, St. Pete., etc. It’s also extremely pet friendly which I love. Lots of pets within the community. The only drawback is that the apartments are small & dark. You’re basically living in a gray box. All the walls, trims, doors & cabinet’s are grey. Also, although the complex was updated in 2018, it is already showing wear & tear. All the metal doors are rusted including ...all the hardware on the cabinets. The paint is cracked & the wood planks & concrete stairs around the property are worn. There is also a constant stream of creepy crawlies getting into the apartment like spiders, bugs, termites, etc. Overall it’s a decent property.Property Manager Responded

It's an older property but they've done a great job of upgrading all of the amenities - especially the gym and community areas. And Amir she's really an Angel and very very understanding. Honestly everyone on the Team are Amazing, just recently meet Mrs.Diane and she fit right in. We Love it!!! Polite and very helpful. We've been here 15months and just renewed our lease and was Pleased to do so for another 13 months. We love all the events you have going on and the ...different food trucks. The Sip and paint was GREAT! My wife and i had a Great time!! Thank you again! You guys are stuck with us here at Cortland Bowery. And most of all my place of employment is only 12 mins away my reason for moving up this way. AND I DON'T REGRET IT! Thank you All for welcoming us and treating us so well. November 22, 2023All the staff at the Bowery have been kind, caring, welcoming, friendly, thorough and responsive. Our apartment was so clean and well-prepared when we moved in, practically like new. It’s a beautiful community with fantastic amenities and service. Maintenance is always prompt and professional. I have a lovely view of a pond with birds from my home office, and I love walking out on the nature trail to see the birds and sunset over Tampa Bay. The two pools are so picturesque with the palm trees and ...fountain feature. The kayak launch option is awesome and the gym is great for cardio and weight lifting. I also love the resident socials they hold and have made friends at them. The location is also ideal, a short drive to downtown Tampa and the airport, close to the Gandy to get over to St. Pete pretty quickly.
