March 28, 2025Cortland East Cobb has been a pleasure to be at. Front office team is always helpful and kind. Maintenance is lightning fast, very knowledgeable, and super nice. Never had a problem with safety, noise, or neighbors. The place is also gorgeous with thoughtful landscaping. It is not the most affordable option in the area, but it’s worth it to feel more at home.Property Manager Responded

March 21, 2025Definitely ensure you understand that no one is on the property 2 days out of the week. May not seem like much but the responsiveness of the property declines everyday they are not on the property.Property Manager Responded

The management team is always very nice (especially Laura) and maintenance stays on top of any issues that may arise. We’ve enjoyed our stay here for the past 2 years now! November 11, 2024I really like living here, I like the view that my balcony has, but the only thing that makes me extremely sad is the smell of marijuana that enters my apartment from a resident who smokes inside his apartment and that's all I ask be resolved, if it weren't for this everything would be perfect. I hope you take this into consideration and resolve this case as soon as possible, because I believe I won't be the last resident to complain about this.
