    Cortland Hunter’s Creek is a great place to live. I have been here for about 2 years and I haven’t had any major issues. Anything that has come up has been addressed in a timely manner. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10!

    It's a fairly average apartment with average amenities. For the rent, you might be paying on the higher end. I think the apartment seems a little rushed in its construction. Overall, I'm not unhappy about my living experience, but I do expect better for what I'm paying. The office staff is incredibly friendly as well, so that's a huge plus.

    Iiving at Cortland by Hunters Creek is like living in a resort. The apartments havr modern decor. The club house is also state of the art, along with a spectacular pool and barbecue after which can make anyone feel like their in a luxury hotel. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to assist.
