Maintenance could be better
January 10, 2025My first month was rough immediately needed a new washer and dryer which took a while to get. Still have problem with my refrigerator to the point I can’t even keep food in there. Most of the service request end up getting closed without resolution. If I’m not home for them to come in it will just disappear. Would be nice if we could schedule an available time so I don’t have to stay home all day just to get issues potentially fixed or delayed until something can be done.Property Manager Responded

Clean and peaceful

November 11, 2024Cortland Lake Howell is by far the best community I’ve lived in! It’s very calm, quiet, and I feel safe walking around in the community at any time of the day or night. The maintenance team is amazing at what they do and will take care of your requests relatively quickly! The property itself is very lovely from the landscaping to the main pool area by the leasing office. To me, it feels like an actual neighborhood and not just another apartment complex.
