October 3, 2024The management team is impossible to communicate with, rude, and does not care about current residents. The apartment is overpriced and disguised as a “luxury” building. The carpets are stained with dog pee and the elevators reek of pee and weed. Save yourself a couple hundred dollars a month and go to someplace down the street.Property Manager Responded

In the past few weeks, we had the carpets professionally cleaned on every floor and this truly made a difference that many of our residents noticed immediately. February 29, 2024The location is very nice in Downtown Minneapolis, with a close distance to bus stops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Also the beautiful Mississippi river is close by. October 13, 2023My boyfriend moved here after living in Uptown and couldn't love this building more! All of the staff and residents are very warm and friendly. The amenities and common areas are well maintained and clean at all times. The building also feels very safe and has 24/7 front desk employees that are very helpful anytime you need it. I love it here
