So many different conveniences within the property AND with all the shops and things surrounding it. It makes living easier. Nice Apartments, Unhelpful Office
July 12, 2023The complex is nice, and the surrounding area is great. Sometimes it can get a bit dirty, and whoever cleans the spaces is inconsistent, but it is usually fine. Unfortunately, the employees in the front office are terrible. They are unhelpful, unbothered, and uncaring. They want to do as little work as possible. We've had four ceiling leaks in two years - we had to continue to call them to get anything fixed. My car was broken into and I wanted to notify them - they said "we already received that ...report." I know I can't ask for much, but I think they could better manage their communication.Property Manager Responded
July 13, 2023Hello, Thank you for taking the time to provide our team with feedback. I am disappointed to hear that your experience with us has not been positive. Our onsite maintenance team works diligently to keep the grounds clean daily. If you have an area of concern that we may have missed, we are happy to have it addressed as soon as possible. I regret to hear about the leaks that have occurred in your home. We work to complete each work order in the order they are received in and try our best to meet the schedule requirements of our residents and vendors. If this issue is still ongoing please submit a service ticket and we will review it right away. If you or any other resident should become aware of vandalism or any other illegal activity taking place within our community, we ask that you please report it directly to the local police department so they can begin their investigation as well as to our team so that we may file an incident report. We do get daily communication sent to us ...anytime officers are called to our property as a part of the Mesa Crime Free program and we communicate those calls to our Courtesy Patrol who is on site 7 nights per week as well as note the resident account. If you would please reach out to our office team at mountainvitsta@cortland.com, I would love to discuss your concerns further and work to rectify these issues for you and ensure that you have an enjoyable experience living here. - Ashley Barlow, Community Manager
