Best of the Best!
May 16, 2024The community in Cortland is awesome! It's a very calm place with some great amenities with 2 pools, a Dog Park, an Office Area with a Billiards room and a recently renovated Gym. The worst experience I’ve had.
August 20, 2023I have lived here around 2 months… First off, maintenance doesn’t come when needed, you can put in 1,000 requests and they still won’t come unless you walk into the office yourself and tell the staff that you need maintenance and even then they STILL might not come, even for emergencies. I had a leak coming from my ceiling and it didn’t get fixed for 2 days and it was only because I went into the office myself to tell them this needs to be fixed and they pretended not to have a clue and blamed ...maintenance for being terrible. Even though I had called the office probably upwards of 5 times each day with no answer or response if I left a message. They finally came to fix it and now it’s been over 3 weeks and the job still isn’t finished. The ceiling is still a different color than the rest of it and there’s mold because it’s not covered and they did it while it was wet. The worst part is that they’ll answer every call prior to move in and be so responsive, but the second you move in they don’t care about you. It’s been the worst experience I’ve had with apartment living. Do yourself a favor, don’t move here. I can’t wait for my lease to endProperty Manager Responded
