    A lot of wasp nests, especially in the summer that never really get taken care of. Just sprayed and the wasps are back within a week. Management made move-in very stressful and were pretty annoying about move-in documents despite it being their fault I didn't get a move-in checklist or resident portal login until move-in day.

    The people that work here are very cool. Greystar however seems to be out of budget for renovations inside the units.

    Lucky to have found this gem, many years ago and still here to live in the River Oaks/Montrose area with an excellent leadership staff and maintenance staff always responding and continuing to upgrade this complex- as your new home. Located near all restaurants downtown, Montrose, River Oaks and the Heights as well as running/walking paths:Buffalo bayou across the street and Memorial few blocks away. Best part is either airport is only 25 minutes away Bush International or Hobby and 5 minutes ...
    from downtown located on highest elevation in Houston---never floods even during the various Hurricanes last 10 years and prior.. Enjoy if you found this GEM.

    This is a fantastic resort style upgraded villas only 5 minutes from downtown and 25 minutes from either airport as well as near best restaurants and parks in the Houston area. The facility leadership is the best and kudos to the maintenance team- "they care".
