February 6, 2025I recently went on a tour here. I absolutely love the homes and how they have wood flooring throughout the entire home. They have updated appliances, including a brand, new washer and dryer. I have to have one of those in a while. I’m still looking around, but I think this will be my next home. November 11, 2024biggest issue in this complex is appliances are very old from dishwasher to refrigerator and AC buying refrigerator from China. That brand new one is been made 40 years ago and it makes crazy sound and the dishwasher is probably for 20 years ago as well as the AC. they need to invested more money when they promise they’re consumer your moving to renovated unit, but the reality is not renovated only based on the color of the wall and the bathroom that’s all about it.Review from Apartments.com

March 8, 2024The management and maintenance know you by name. They treat everyone with respect. They treat every issue as urgent and resolve it asap. It is very obvious they respect the fact that this is our home and they treat it like their own. The remodeled units are a much needed upgrade that really makes the space feel bigger and more welcoming. The area is literally walking distance to all of the daily necessities like groceries, different coffee shops, brunch, nail salon, Dollar Tree, spirts bar, ...Moutain Fitness gym, pizza, veterinarian, pharmacy, McDonald's, gas station, bus stop, restaurants, hardware store, antique jewelry store, Montessori school, preschool, park, hiking trails and a car wash. It is also a 7-10 min drive to Walmart, Costco, AJs, more restaurants, Mayo Clinic, Rarget, Shea, the 101 North. You definitely cant beat the location. I love it here.Property Manager Responded
