I have been living here for 5 months so far and am extremely happy with my decision to move here. The staff is always friendly and any maintenance is usually taken care of within a day or two. December 31, 2024Cortland, Sun River is a great place to live. I just renewed my lease. The entire community went under major renovation from every apartment with Samsung high efficiency appliances, new air conditioners, and no carpets in the apartments, a sanitary plus. The amenities are wonderful. A new workout room and new equipment with access 24/7. The pool is amazing with a grill in the area which is ideal for a weekend retreat by the pool with piped in music. The landscaping is beautiful. It is also a ...gated community. Office staff is professional and prompt on addressing issues. It definitely has a sense of community. I is located close to everything.
