Loving my new home!
July 22, 2024I recently just moved into this beautiful community with my roommate, and we have been blown away by the customer service and welcoming demeanor the office team demonstrates. We moved in the week of them celebrating residents' appreciation week and every day we were showered by them, from breakfast on the go to free pizza slices. But what stood out the most was the fun pool party they put together for the residence's this past Saturday! They served us amazing food, drinks and played some fun ...games in the sun. It was extremely hot out there but every time I looked their way they were smiling and engaging with every resident. I am so happy we decided to move into Cortland Uptown Altamonte because within a week I truly feel appreciated by the team here. I am absolutely loving my new home!Property Manager Responded

Don't Move Here During the Construction
May 17, 2024We moved in before the construction began. It was a great location, a nice view, things to walk to, decent amenities, and even though it was an older style, it was our overall favorite. For about the last year, the building has been doing all sorts of construction projects: every hallway, amenity, unit etc. Maybe in a few years it will be a nice place to live, but if you move in for the foreseeable future, get used to beeping, banging, dirt, closed amenities, and construction workers 9 hours a ...day, 6 days a week. They also have a huge turnover of office staff. They seem to be different every 6 months. They've all been nice, but I don't think that's a good sign... Would not recommend.
