The staff, the property, the amenities, the events, the residents ... the list goes on. I can honestly say, from someone who does wayyyy to much research when she is going to do something, this was by far the best move I've made in a long time. There is no way that someone moving here could possibly have a bad experience. The staff just wouldn't let that happen. December 12, 2024I love our Cortland and absolutely everything about it is good. Except for one detail that I have already described earlier. I very often have to deal with dog waste. It really reduces my standard of living significantly. I would like to find a community without dogs at all. Although I must admit that the staff tries and cleans up, but the problem is with the dog owners, it is outrageous.Property Manager Responded
