December 31, 2024After living in another Boca rental community, the property at Cortland Uptown is just simply on another level. The staff, the property, the amenities, the events, the residents ... the list goes on. I can honestly say, from someone who does wayyyy to much research when she is going to do something, this was by far the best move I've made in a long time. There is no way that someone moving here could possibly have a bad experience. The staff just wouldn't let that happen. December 12, 2024I love our Cortland and absolutely everything about it is good. Except for one detail that I have already described earlier. I very often have to deal with dog waste. It really reduces my standard of living significantly. I would like to find a community without dogs at all. Although I must admit that the staff tries and cleans up, but the problem is with the dog owners, it is outrageous.Property Manager Responded

November 27, 2024Great community but do not live here if you make moderate noise. Not even loud. Walls are thin and even having a group of 5 people over just to talk will result in a noise complaint. Too many and you get evicted.Property Manager Responded
