I say community, because I've found it to be more than an apartment complex. Property management does a wonderful job planning activities/events to foster community building, and the outdoor areas, dog park, and walking paths make it easy to get to know neighbors. December 5, 2024Cortland Watermark is a place where I feel at home...children, families, young couples and older adults like me! I feel safe even when I am out after dark. I see people walking all the time (their dogs, their children or just by themselves). People that you see say hello and smile even if they don't know you. Management is always responsive to any questions or requests that I have. When I first moved in, I was just staying for a year but decided it was a better investment than trying to buy a ...home with all the worries that come with home ownership. November 11, 2024Please do not move here. They only take care of the landscaping at the entrance of the community up to the leasing office. There are so many roaches and I live on the second floor. I even stopped cooking in my apartment to avoid roaches but it has not helped. Neighbors are loud and do not respect quiet hours. Appliances are dated and rusty. I have been getting brown water from my shower since moving to my unit back in April. Spend the extra bucks and live somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com
