The community is young and friendly and the management team does a good job of uniting its residents through frequent food trucks and sweet treat giveaways in the office. I moved here completely sight unseen from across the country and was between Boise/Meridian and several other cities on the West Coast. What stood out to me in my move/decision process was how helpful the Cortland management team was in getting me settled and showing me around various ...apartments virtually, in addition to the nice amenities and neighborhood feel. We are in the heart of the explosion of new growth in Meridian and we have lots of stores and restaurants in walking or biking distance now.
