BEST downtown HANDS DOWN!
November 6, 2018Moved into the Corvina in September after looking at about every other option downtown. THIS IS THE BEST hands down! The park is directly across the street. (Perfect for pets of runs) It's the only location in the market with a legit pool and GREAT workout trainer ready gym with parking on site. Dry cleaners pick up from the building and WOW the staff is just great! You'll regret calling any other place downtown home!Review from Apartments.com
Wonderful Management, Great Apartment Quality
July 14, 2018We have been at the Corvina for 7 months now. Loving all aspects of this place. We were looking for a spot in the Old Market to try the Downtown Living. We viewed and toured about 8 different places and the Corvina was the best on many levels. The Location is perfect right on the corner of the old Market but yet quiet and you dont get any of the Old Market traffic and Noise. The quality of the apartment is top notch. Granite countertops. Solid Designer doors. Nice cabinets. The Management has ...been superb at best. Immediate responses and on everything 100%. Maintenance is wonderful and immediately takes care of any needs. Not much has come up but the few that have they were on it within hours. The Common areas are lavish. We did not know how we would like moving from a Designer House to an Apartment and the end result is we are loving it. Great Place, with a wonderful communityRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Beautiful Apartment, novice management
April 22, 2018I loved the location & apartment amenities but the management during my stay at The Corvina fell short. I initially rented an apartment overlooking the courtyard. Once the pool opened & temperatures warmed, the courtyard became a very active and loud. It oftentimes reminded me of a frat party. Although the pool closes at a reasonable hour, the courtyard does not & pop up parties crept into the late hours or began after the bars in the area close. I also found that apartments facing the pool ...(all levels) would have weekend parties (especially after the bars closed) lasting into the early hours. I discussed the noise multiple times with the staff, they put up signs & declared rules but had no way of enforcing them when they were breached outside of normal office hours. After multiple incidents, I moved to another apartment in the complex with windows facing the street, which was much better. The management moved me but did not appropriately update paperwork. I was dealing with inconsistencies in my billing & signed lease 6 months after the move from my courtyard apartment to my street view apartment. For example, I paid for a specific covered parking spot. I returned one evening to another person parked in my spot. There was no 24 hour management phone number to call & the maintenance line was unable to help alleviate the issue at the time. It took at least a week for management to update their parking spot files - they had to pool the residents to determine who was parked where & what spots were assigned. My final example - I received notification from my job that I would be moving. I immediately notified the staff verbally, multiple times they told me not to worry about the notification documentation to begin the process - I was moving & was very busy, the staff assured me it was not a priority. Once I finally gave written notification to the primary manager, she told me I needed to give it earlier. She explained that her staff didn't understand the timeline & apologized for her staff's lack of knowledge of the processes. I ended up paying more & covering the power bill for another month - that power bill was more than any power bill I received when I lived in the apartment, which I found interesting. The staff is nice but the level of competence in the management of the facility is lacking. This is a high cost rental location in Omaha, the facilities are beautiful but the management and support fell grossly short.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!
February 6, 2018After being a 45 year homeowner, I downsized & moved into the Corvina the summer of 2016. I love it! The location is on the edge of an active Old Market & yet far enough away to limit the crowds & traffic. The Farmers’ Market is just over a block away. The managers are friendly, eager to help & do a great job! The apartments are clean & well maintained. I love being able to walk to so many great restaurants & entertainment centers. It is refreshing to walk around the Heartland of America Park ...which is only a few blocks away. Love seeing the fireworks & fountain from my balcony! The Corvina is where I want to live!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 31, 2018LOVE living at the Corvina!! Very clean and quiet! Close to the Old Market for Happy Hours and just to go for a walk/run! The gym is Awesome! I use to pay for a gym and now I have a state of the art gym facility right in my apartment building. Love it!! I can't wait for summer to use the heated pool and grills. Heated parking is so nice too! Come check it out! Corvina is where you want to LIVE!!Review from Apartments.com

Excellent Staff and Great Amenities
January 24, 2018The Corvina has an extremely responsive maintenance and management staff who have always gone above and beyond for me. Also the pool and workout facility are top notch.Review from Apartments.com
Oh the Amenities!
January 18, 2018When I first toured the Corvina, it felt like I was touring a hotel, the only difference is that The Corvina doesn’t have room service. It has all the amenities of a hotel that make the rent prices worth it. If turnkey, luxury downtown apartment living is what you are looking for then you found the right place. The pool, outdoor grilling area, study lounge, and modern gym are just some of the amenities that are available. Not to mention free coffee! And the staff is very friendly to work with if ...you do have any maintenance issues.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Maneuvering Of Exibited Living
January 13, 2018They’re so impressive they give an incredible vibe that’s inclusive it’s redundant not to live here it’s the perfect building to lavish in you’re mind. The staff engages you and despite what they lack they have a tendency to make it absolutely homing to the tenants and leasers! So glad I stumbled across this hidden place beyond the bridge after being denied at the rundown Omaha Lofts which was a lengthy and outrageous process. They approved my living stay and make my status clear as a person who ...deserves to be given a chance to live here in the outcome. They will always be remembered as my first place if things go persisely I will renew my lease for a 6-12 month. They’re very special and they form their emotions to conveying a nice living condition I’n Glad I live here it was fate. I searched desperately for what you’re paying you get all the ementities and live pleased for the assurance that you’re entitled to being treated with kindness and respect. I thank the Corvina everyday for granting me access and the privilege to live here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Strong Community
January 10, 2018Corvina was such a welcoming home when I first moved to Omaha. The resident meet and greet, pool and grill area, and lounge is how I met all of my friends. Management goes out of their way to truly know who you are. The apartments themselves are brand new, and in a great location downtown. I highly recommend these apartments to young adults.Review from Apartments.com
Awful Management
December 6, 2016Absolutely the worst/ laziest management team I have ever dealt with. They are finally done with all the construction issues and delays but the management team is still awful. I would not recommend moving here unless you want problem after problem, multiple screw ups on their end, and to wait about a month to get an issue resolved or question answered.Review from Apartments.com
Expect to pay full price for half of what you are told to expect
April 4, 2016Waited months for this building to be done and now have been enduring massive amounts of construction very early in the morning inside and outside the building. No compensation for these major inconveniences or the amenities promised that still have yet to be completed. No buzz system, no trash, etc. Management gives little or no valid explanation. Make sure you read all the fine print and know signing is a major calculated risk.Review from Apartments.com
