September 16, 2022This place is not worth even considering It's managed by np dodge. Poor upkeep, the maintenance bandages problems and will give a attitude when confronted. Hard to receive packages or visitors as doord to entrance are locked if not blocked open. Great Apartments with Amazing Management
April 5, 2018My fiancée and I have lived at Cottonwood for a year now and have happily just renewed our lease. The management is very helpful and always friendly. Whenever we have had any issues we can call Echo and they have maintenance there the same day or the next day to have it fixed. The only issues we have had is parking is very crowded and if you come later you will have to park on the ends and some of the apartments are a bit outdated.
