Renters Reviews and Ratings
Sad that I have to give it a star at all.
February 14, 2023Overpriced for the “landlord special”. Cops are constantly being called on neighbors for fighting/abuse. Maintenance orders can take up to a year to be resolved. Management is jokeReview from Apartments.com
Just terrible
January 10, 2022Have had a broken window since we moved in nothing has been done after several attempts to get it fixed. Meth head are everywhere. Front office is completely hopeless. Was hoping with new owner place would be better but so far absolutely not.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible place to live*****
August 27, 2018There are meth addicts every where; they are always finding needles every where. People are always fighting or partying or both. The apartment complex does not care. They told me I could just break my lease early and lose my security deposit... The apartments are not nice... There is no pool, it is filled with dirt... I highly recommend NOT living here.Review from Apartments.com
Methlabs in the buildings
June 28, 2017Methlabs in buildings landlord says keep Windows shut if you don't want to smell meth. Syringes everywhere. It's a future apartment killer. Call any other apartment complex and tell them you are from cottonwood and you won't get in. Try it.Review from Apartments.com
good place to be
April 1, 2016The land lord is great, he will work with you and hes very quick with repairs. We've been here a year and are going to renew. It's pretty quiet in the winter but not so much in summer. There are a few down sides. .. he lets people smoke in their apartments so when you come home the halls always reek of cigarettes and weed. there is a major theft problem from vehicles so always lock up. Overall if you keep to yourself it's a great place to be.Review from Apartments.com
Our home
August 16, 2015I live in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment w/fireplace. Love this little apartment. It is pretty standard but has made a home for me, my mother, and my 3 little boys. Big park, ball field, and the Colorado river in walking distance and a lovely view of the Colorado mountains.Review from Apartments.com
