      Right now my boyfriend and I are living in a small 1 bedroom apartment (less than 500 sq ft). Compared to other apartments we have seen the layout makes this place feel much bigger. Although extra storage isn't available in this new building, the three closets and one pantry helps to make up for that. The neighbors have gotten better over the past 3 years. Plenty of parking. Huge deck! Clean pool, but it has strange and unpredictable hours because it has to be manned by a lifeguard. The landlord ...
      is great and willing to work with you on almost anything (pets, blinds, maintenance). Be prepared to do laundry elsewhere because the machines are usually down or people are irresponsible with their laundry. The best part is we are paying less than $900 a month with heat and hot water.
