I don’t think I could ever say enough good things about the management of this building. Truly. The manager herself is a Godsend, seriously. Friendly, accommodating AND funny! The maintenance team? Impeccable, friendly, respectful and reliable. I once thought this place would be a temporary place to stay, and very quickly realized it became a home. It takes a village and this village is my favorite so far.

Where to start... * "All are soundproofed" -- These apartments have paper thin walls. You will literally hear any and all activity from your upstairs neighbor. You will hear anything that they drop on the floor, you will even hear them walking. * Within 2 months, had several plumbing issues. Sinks just randomly clog and SMELL AWFUL. Had a leak of URINE THROUGH the ceiling. This apartment building is ancient. * I signed a contract that had a non-smoking clause, but they have apartments surrounded ...
by smokers, which wouldn't be a problem if the ventilation wasn't shared. * The managers have no idea what they're doing. They have no initiative of fixing any issue and their only priority is collecting rent. They honey potted us by choosing an apartment with no residents living above us and then within a month had someone move in.
