find someplace else
December 7, 2020they play games with getting your deposit back even though they have stated there is no reason to not expect the deposit back and that it would be returned to us. now they won’t answer or return my calls so i have to contact their management. would love to give a review of the property but the way they do business is completely off putting. I had a good experience with them
March 11, 2019I had a good experience with them. My daughter goes to Palm Beach College and the leasing agent was very professional and patient with her questions. He even stayed past closing hours to accommodate her requests. She says its a really nice, safe community and the neighbors so far have been pretty decent. Good maintenance. Pretty quite.. it’s nice
February 14, 2019I enjoy living here they have a nice pool and hot tub. It is gated which adds a little sense of security. I have heard about police coming in and harassing residents so I wish they would do more to speak to law enforcement.Property Manager Responded
