November 27, 2023It was my first time doing an apartment tour and Jo, the leasing lady, was very helpful and patient. The apartment is nice (I toured a one bedroom) but the one I actually wanted (a studio) was unavailable.. that’s my fault though because I didn’t check the availability on the app. Anyway, I’ll keep this place in mind in case a studio becomes available in the future. July 11, 2022Not a bad starter apartment, but that’s about it. The craftsmanship is very poor and management doesn’t stay open past 6pm and are closed on weekends making it hard to get essential stuff done such as getting money on the laundry card. Laundry is very expensive here, and yes you do pay for water/gas/electric etc.. I read that this place had bedbugs before, and I guess it was true because we found a dead one on our vent and had to get an exterminator who has come into our unit more than once with ...zero notice (notice was promised and was supposed to happen per leasing policy).Property Manager Responded
