The application process was easy, the deposit was minimal, our apartment is clean with WONDERFUL natural lighting. Our neighbors are quiet and friendly. The leasing staff is helpful and accommodating. Our transition from renting a house to a 2 bedroom apartment has been so easy. The landscaping is very nice and the grounds are kept clean and tidy. August 8, 2015Cowan Farms is a great apartment community located in Rock Hill, SC. I enjoy living there, this past year. It is very peaceful and I never have any complaints or issues about the apartment, nor community. Office staff is very nice and understanding of anything. Beautiful landscape and ammentites. I actually found this community on Apartments. Com , because I was relocating States. I am glad I picked up a copy of the magazine, which gave me lots to chose from.
