The location itself is nice but with the increasing presence of a growing homeless population, it makes it feel less safe (there was a tent set up 15 feet from the front entrance of the apartment). Management really is inept and you will find constant reminders of this if you live here for longer than a month. For what you pay you should be getting more. There is so much development in Koreatown that you could easily find a better place to live in the area.
