WORST management
July 5, 2016Management has no idea what is going on - incorrect billing, not answering phone calls or emails, losing leases, poor customer service, maintenance doesn't fix problems-let alone respond to requests! Expensive for such low quality.Review from Apartments.com
Luxury Living-Not
September 23, 2015This is a nice property but I wouldn't call it living in luxury as they advertise. There are laminate counters, cheap plastic blinds, cheap sink fixtures, black appliances, small refrigerator, cheap and noisy microwave. Our previous apartment had better upgrades for less rent. If you live in bldgs. 1, 2, 3, & 7 parking can be a big issue. If we had maintenance issues they were addressed promptly. The management and staff are helpful and friendly.
