Management/Maintenance Concerns
July 24, 2024I lived in these townhomes for three years, and the last two years were difficult at best. My second winter of living there I had a leak in my bedroom window which led to water saturating the wall and floor. After notifying maintenance an innumerable amount of times, and begging for them to come, it took them over a year to fully “fix” the incoming water, and they never completely fixed the wall while I lived there. They only came after I notified them that I had been living with mold for an ...unknown amount of time due to their negligence. The management company that supposedly maintains the townhomes promises repairs that never happen, and when they do send someone, they half-fix the problem and leave a mess behind. In addition, the snow plows rarely came and shoveling was never done. Living in Buffalo you would think that companies would be knowledgeable about plowing and shoveling, but when the plows did come, it left inches of packed-down snow on the ground for tenants to slide on, and neighbors had to shovel each other's walkways so we could get out of our homes. Overall, I would certainly not recommend this townhome complex to anyone given their inability to properly maintain the complex or meet the tenant’s needs.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Perfect for grad/young professionals
June 23, 2020We lived here for 2 years. The community is quiet and nice. Very close to UB North. Ample storage space in basement (we used it as a hangout room with a tv and giant rug). Maintenance always responded very quickly to any issues.Review from Apartments.com
Creekside apartments
August 21, 2015Creekside aparments are well keep up and reasonably priced. They are considered townhouses with two bedroom and two baths. Maintaince responds to requests in a reasonable amount of time. However on the winter the plowing service doesn't really keep upProperty Manager Responded
May 14, 2021I live at Creekside and that review was 6 yrs ago. I can tell you that the current company doing the plowing is fantastic. The only thing - they do come early! Most of the problem is residents not moving their cars so the lots can be cleared properly. Just lazy!
