July 25, 2015
Best small apartment complex on the West Side close to Manitou Springs as you can get without living there. The back of my apartment looks out to Fountain Creek and along the Midland Trail. Very quiet and sometimes the deer come down to graze near the creek.If you ever see a vacancy scoop it up because they go quick.Also along bus line and within walking distance to most shops and fast food.
