Very large Apartments
September 21, 2015All in all this is a good complex to live at. I've lived here for 2 years and have had minimal problems. Issues in my apartment have been met, for the most part, promptly. The storage in my 1 bedroom is amazing! I have a small washer/dryer in my apartment that meets the need of a single person easily. The buildings are brick and I have experienced barely having to turn my AC on in the summer my apartment holds the cold so well. My living room has beautiful hardwood floors. The only room with ...carpet is the bedroom. Unlike other nearby apartments, each apartment has their own patio. I love the space that is in my place, amost 1000 SF! My reasons for knocking a star off; kids have pretty much no where to play so they play in the common area and use apartment walls as the backing for their ball games. No extras for the price you pay- no fitness center, no pool, no playground for children, nothing. The carpet is horrible in my bedroom, it smells when you sit on it and should have been replaced long before I rented from them. The hallways often smell of cigarette smoke. They will post something about checking your apartments for the smell but I've yet to see much of a difference in the smoke smell.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
