locks as a maintained item. I delayed the start of my work day to go pick up the new key, and they wouldn't give them to me because the change was allegedly delayed. But that night, the locks had been changed. Emergency maintenance brought me the new key after ~30-60 minutes, and didn't verify my identity. Some time later, they tore the machines out of the laundry room without a plan to replace the machines. At least 6 months later (and after I left), they replaced the machines with similarly old machines. I shudder to think of how much they charge now. When you move out, expect a substantial hassle. They sent me several incorrect invoices, said they'd correct the last one, and then ceased communication and sent a slightly different, back-dated invoice to collections. But hey, they installed a little playground thing and have little holiday parties now, so it's all worth it (sarcasm).
