New management (~2022) is awful, expect high fees, bad communication, and legal issues
January 21, 2024This was never the nicest of places, but before new ownership, it was managed by one individual who lived on site. She always answered the phone, and maintenance was prompt when requested. Pest control was regular. Since new management took over, rent increased 40%, month-to-month tenancy became a several hundred dollar expense, and the office will go days without answering the phone. Pest control showed up maybe one out of four times notice was given. They gave ~24 hour notice they'd be changing ...locks as a maintained item. I delayed the start of my work day to go pick up the new key, and they wouldn't give them to me because the change was allegedly delayed. But that night, the locks had been changed. Emergency maintenance brought me the new key after ~30-60 minutes, and didn't verify my identity. Some time later, they tore the machines out of the laundry room without a plan to replace the machines. At least 6 months later (and after I left), they replaced the machines with similarly old machines. I shudder to think of how much they charge now. When you move out, expect a substantial hassle. They sent me several incorrect invoices, said they'd correct the last one, and then ceased communication and sent a slightly different, back-dated invoice to collections. But hey, they installed a little playground thing and have little holiday parties now, so it's all worth it (sarcasm).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very unsafe
June 27, 2022New management has talked a lot about upgrades and have done nothing!! The environment is also very very unsafe, the new park is already falling apart, management is rude, only few apartments have gotten remodeled and the apartments that haven’t been remodeled have many issues!!Review from Apartments.com
Not worth the money.
February 22, 2022Terrible neighborhood, money hungry owners. The apartments are old and out dated. I'm sure they haven't done any upgrades just jacked the rent. They talked a good game when they bought it. It's a joke.Review from Apartments.com
