April 10, 2023Nice building, a bit pricey. Need to focus on making sure the apartment is complete and ready for rental before leasing to the community. Strongly suggest Residents check all appliances, and the condition of the apartment before signing. It is quite loud being close to the highway. Not so bad at night, excluding Friday and Saturday as it’s loud all night. My apartment cost is a little high, if it goes up when my lease is up, I’ll probably move to a new location.Property Manager Responded
