Love living here

Security lacking

Run down, not worth it
April 2, 2019Old buildings, old appliances, old carpet,really bad bedroom heater, , and AC in 1 room only. They should not advertise they have AC.. The water heater makes noise all the time. When people walk up the stairs the windows shake and wake you. The sliding glass window blinds are horrible, the peices fall off if you open the blinds. Not worth what they are charging, rents are way too high for what you get.Review from Apartments.com
Not worth the money
March 28, 2019The heater in the bedroom is terrible, A/C is only in living area, not bedrooms, so in the summer plan on sleeping there. Single pane windows that constantly mold. Walls and ceiling paper thin, you can here your neighbors talking, walking any movement above you. Spiders are a problem, when you walk up the stairs the webs hit your face. Apartment are 3 levels high so you hear people going up and down the stairs all day and night and the single pane windows shake in their frames keeping you ...awake at night. If you choose to pay really high rent, you should chose nicer, and newer apartments, the neighborhood apartments are much cheaper and nicer than here. They will offer you a nice move in deal but if you stay over your lease expect to have your rent up alot like hundreds of dollars. Few long term renters here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A piece of country in a busy town
August 20, 2015I currently live at Creek Side village apartments in Fremont CA. Right in the center of the Bay Area. When you work in a major city like San Jose CA and your are surrounded by traffic and buildings its nice to escape to a quite place you call home. I have call Creek Side my home since 2011. What I love about this place is the features in my apartments. We have a 2 bed 2 bath with walk in closet and washer and dryer. Our patio is huge!! I can walk to the patio from the living room or my bedroom. ...We have vaulted ceilings which makes the place look even bigger. There is a playground for my son to play on and 2 swimming pools. They have to have the nicest pools areas I have seen in Fremont. The hot tubs are perfect temp and room for at least 10 people. the gym was remolded and it has everything you need for a complete work out. The best part about this location is what is behind my apartments I have Quarry lakes. I can walk from my apartment and in 5 minutes or less I am in the middle of 5 different small lakes. The walking trails are peaceful and it truly makes you feel like you are no longer in Fremont. I go for walks and bike rides around the lakes. its Beautiful. Back to my patio. I am on the 3rd floor and have the best view Fremont can offer. I have a clear view of Mission Peak. I often take pictures of the sunset and sunrise. This summer alone I have been able to see numerous lightening shows because of my view. I can see for miles away. It is the most peace at night time sitting on the patio having a drink. The allow cats and dogs and fix anything when it is needed fixing. I am walking distance to Bart and downtown Fremont, Gas stations, shopping centers and very close to each freeway. There is so much in this area it really is the best location. The complex is huge and very well taken care of. There are BBQ pits all over the place and lots of places to gather. Quiet but pricey
August 3, 2015I have stayed at Creekside Village 2 times in 10 years. First time was horrible, very noisy and unkempt grounds. This time the grounds are very clean and well kept. Top floor unit this time makes for a quiet evening/morning. Prepare for staff to enter your apartment at least 5 times per year. No utilities included and is costly.Review from Apartments.com
