December 1, 2021I don't know how many times, I have to submit information for anyone to call me. I wanted to come for a tour, and also wanted someone to contact me so that I can get information in regards to move-in dates, and availability. I've been calling and submitting for months. Poor Communication
November 9, 2020I received an application after texting the number twice. Once I emailed the property the application back, a personnel said they stopped the application to move people in. It’s been almost two months. I haven’t heard from anyone. Unprofessional. A better system should have been set in place, to ensure the process ran smoothly.Review from Apartments.com

bad management
October 7, 2020No one answers the phone ever. Then when you go to the site the lady in the office is very rude ! She doesn’t even give people a chance to even get a application to fill out and get an appointments no one ever text back with the application information. She literally turns everyone around that comes to the office and doesn’t even attempt to help. She is wanting to get her family and friends in the apartments and that’s not fair at all.
