    Well designed, well made, well cared for, caring staff including excellent maintenance staff. It’s a big property but it doesn’t feel like one. So close to C470 and to local shopping. We all have porches that are far superior than the ones on other rental places in the area. We are very grateful to have landed here for the last several years and hope it will be possible to continue on.

    This is generally a wonderful place to live. The location, style of the homes, maintenance support could not be better. The amenities are terrific. Wonderful neighbors. The rent is getting expensive, (this year in particular). So hoping it will level off again soon as my plan is to stay. A key improvement would be better care of the landscaping in a few areas.

    Ar safe, gated, friendly, and well cared for community on the Highlands Ranch golf course, with superb amenities and a great, responsive staff. Some units have views directly over the golf course and mountain views as well. Ar great place to live! Just minutes from C470 and local restaurants and shopping.,

    Spacious apartments with modern kitchen appliances. Climate control works great and the apartments are comfortable overall. Move in and leasing process was done very quickly and most of the paperwork can be done online. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in living in Highlands Ranch.
