Convenience of hotel, Feel of a home
March 25, 2019Creekview Court is a wonderful place to live. In addition to the great amenities (i.e. gym, fireplace common room with pool table, indoor bike rack), the Creekview Team (Fausto, Natasha, and Russ) and vibe make this place feel like home. There's a nice mix of residents and everyone is friendly and respectful, so it has a great community feel. Quick and efficient responses, coffee in the morning, printing, thoughtfully planned social gatherings and super helpful staff (e.g. blinds tutorial, ...which sounds like a joke but it has happened so definitely a credit to the staff- running joke with another resident). This is the best apartment I have lived in U.S.
March 24, 2019People here are really friendly. The manager can tell almost tenants’ name and the staff here always ready to help you. They are my good friends. I had a very noisy neighbor in the very beginning I lived here. When the manager knew this, he quickly gave me a accommodation. I really appreciate it. We have many events: i.e. in Spring festival event, the apartment provided nearly ten kinds of Asian style buns for us . They also provided very delicious green milk tea, strawberry bubble tea. All ...those were free.We also have many others events almost during each festival. I recognized many friends. We have access control system to enter this building which always made me fell very safe. I like the fitness center. We also have club room which has free printing, cozy sofa TV coffee…. If you want to focus on your work, they also provide the quiet study room. All the furniture are new and the rent including all the utilities. I have lived here for nearly one year, I enjoy every day here. Maybe the apartment's rent not the cheapest one, but for me, it really worth the money.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
You Won't Regret It
March 23, 2019Initially, I was a little nervous about the property because it was new and it was hard to find reviews, but I am so happy I took the chance on Creekview! Creekview has made my transition to Buffalo smooth and stress-free! There are so many advantages that Creekview has to offer; here are a few: - Creekview is located within walking distance to the University at Buffalo North Campus (app. 15-20 min. walk) - You pay one fee monthly that covers all of your utilities (heating, ac, electricity, ...water, internet [which you have to set up]) and your rent; there is a resident app that you can use to easily pay! - management and maintenance team is amazing - available and very receptive to feedback and suggestions; hosts multiple community events (e.g. paint and pizza night, christmas party, etc.); on top of any problems within or around the apartment. Nice Place to Live!
February 27, 2019This property is located in a very accessible location since it's near the University of Buffalo and several main streets such as Maple Rd, Niagara Falls Blvd, North Forest Rd, and others. In which are a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and stores nearby (Wegmans, Walmart, Tops, Olive Garden, IHOP, Duffs, Anchor Bar, Target, Best Buy, Lowes, etc). Also, this property is very accessible to the Thruway (I-90) which is very nice to get in and out to move to nearby cities such as ...Williamsville, Cheektowaga, Buffalo, Rochester, and others. Regarding the attention to the residents, the service it's excellent and professional since the Creekview Team (Fausto, Natasha, Russ) are very kind to attend any type of request. They also promote activities so that residents can get together and know each other. The building, apartments, and maintenance are in very good conditions.
