March 12, 2024These residences are situated in a fantastic location, right at the center of Miami Lakes. Everything is within walking distance, Publix, banks, restaurants, etc. The team here is consistently supportive and responsive to our requirements. The surroundings are well-maintained, and the pool area is delightful. We've been residents at Crescent House for several years and have had minimal grievances (they've promptly resolved any issues we've encountered and have always been eager to help in any ...capacity). I reached out to multiple properties before my move, luckily making the perfect choice and choosing Crescent House. They are always ready to answer the call no matter the time. The community offers countless perks on top of being located in the heart of Miami Lakes. Main Street and the Chelas/Ale House area are in walking distance. It is kept very clean and maintained and is in an extremely safe location with secure gates and next to the police station. However, if you can afford it, it's a nice place to call home.
