January 13, 2024Poor management. Bad neighbors. If you are over the age of 25 you aren't going to like it here. Many issues with garage. No cameras meaning if something happens to your property no one is held responsible. Worst management I've experienced. Would not recommend to single female or friends.Review from Apartments.com

May 31, 2022Crescent Lofts really can’t be beat if you’re looking for modern, well taken care of apartments within walking distance of downtown Davenport. The interior and all of the appliances are within a few years old, and my unit was pretty much spotless when we walked in. The historic buildings also give the apartments a cool unique look. Despite the high-quality living space, they are still very affordable.Review from Apartments.com

Security, Rooftop garden with state of the art furniture. The common area is equipped with tan leather furniture w/ a studio apartment look to entertain guest, underground garage for parking, laundry room and a state of the art work out room.
