The vents are so full of dust that the air doesn't circulate. The hallways to the apartments haven't been painted in years. It ALWAYS takes around 5 minutes to even get out of the apartment complex because of such bad traffic from both directions. The police station and fire department are down the street has its advantages but you will hear blaring sirens on an hourly basis. I could keep going but Ive got stuff to do.. like buying ear plugs and alcohol.
